Will I lose control over my employees?

Not at all. We work alongside you and your managers — you remain the decision-maker on hiring, performance, and culture. Our role is to advise, support, and handle the operational HR so you can focus on running your business.

Can you handle our multiple locations across the country?

Yes. Our team is set up to support businesses with multi-site operations across the UAE and wider Middle East. We coordinate centrally while ensuring location-specific compliance, payroll, and on-the-ground presence where you need it.

Will you perform an HR audit?

Absolutely. A start-up Employee File Audit and HR Documentation Audit is part of our onboarding process for Team and Enterprise tiers. For other engagements, we can scope a one-off audit as a Consultancy project.

How much does it cost to outsource HR?

It depends on the level of support you need. Consultancy is pay-as-you-go, Partner and Team tiers have fixed monthly fees, and Enterprise is fully bespoke. Get in touch and we'll scope the right solution and price for your business.

We are a small business — can we still outsource our HR to you?

Yes — many of our clients are small to mid-sized businesses. Our Consultancy and Partner tiers are designed specifically to give smaller teams access to senior HR expertise without the cost of an in-house hire.
